This wall-mounted weather station in Scandinavian modern style features a teak frame and three integrated analog measuring instruments: hygrometer, barometer, and thermometer. 

The piece combines functional meteorological instruments with a warm architectural wooden frame, creating a balanced object that sits comfortably between utility and decorative wall object.

The outer frame is crafted from teak with softly rounded rectangular edges, surrounding a central teak panel that holds the three circular gauges vertically aligned. Each instrument is set within a brass bezel and features a metal dial with clear graphic markings. The barometer, in the style of TFA Dostmann and Lufft, includes a decorative compass star motif and Dutch weather indications such as “Veranderlijk” and “Bestendig”. The restrained geometry, warm teak grain, and brass accents reflect the visual language associated with Scandinavian modern design of the mid-century period.

Condition
Excellent vintage condition. The brass shows a light, even patina consistent with age. Minor cracks are present in the veneer beneath the lower glass but are largely hidden when the piece is mounted and do not affect the overall presentation.
A tiny crack is present beneath the knob on the middle glass, though it is barely visible.

A refined functional wall object that combines measurement and design, ideal for a study, hallway, or mid-century inspired interior.
