Returns & Complaints
Returns (EU Orders)
For purchases made within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without stating a reason. This withdrawal period starts on the day the product is received by or on behalf of the customer.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be announced in advance by email. Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were delivered, including original packaging, and should include the order number and customer details.
Once the returned item has been received and checked, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receipt of the return.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders shipped outside the European Union, unless required by local law or otherwise agreed in advance.
Issues with Orders
If something is wrong with your order — for example if it arrives damaged, is not delivered, or is not as described — please contact me as soon as possible. I will always do my best to resolve the issue in a fair and reasonable way.
In case of damage during transport, cooperation with the shipping carrier’s damage investigation protocol is required. Without cooperation, a refund or replacement cannot be processed.
Shipping Issues & Delays
All orders are shipped insured, most often via PostNL. While I aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond my control.
If a parcel is not collected in time and is returned to sender, the order will not be refunded. The order can be resent upon payment of the additional shipping costs.
Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint, please contact me via the contact form or by email. All complaints are taken seriously and seen as an opportunity to improve.
Complaints are answered within 5 working days of receipt. If a complaint requires more time to process, you will be informed accordingly.

This was the first of 2 lamps I bought. I didn't need customer service but Renata messaged to reassure me about delivery and the care put into packaging. I have just opened it and it looks perfect, like new. I'm just working out how to attach the shade as there were no instructions but I'm sure I'll work it out. The table itself is absolutely fantastic—really in excellent vintage condition (sometimes we buy junk vintages and that does happen), what I received is exactly as described. But what truly stood out!!! - was the care and effort the seller Renata put into the packaging! The table was wrapped so meticulously and securely that it arrived in perfect condition, without a single scratch or dent. It's clear the seller ensures all items reach customers in pristine shape.
