I am giving Renata a 5-star review for her exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, the beautiful Tomado shelf I purchased from her shop was lost by PostNL, despite having been shipped within 24 hours of purchase. This was entirely the fault of PostNL and not Renata’s.
She did everything she could to resolve the issue and locate the parcel, but unfortunately it could not be recovered. Renata handled the situation professionally and kindly throughout, providing me with a full refund as well as an additional voucher for a future purchase, which I will gladly use.

A really excellent vintage item. Very thoughtfully presented too. Only problem was those British imbeciles who voted for Brexit. It meant I had to pay a lot of customs duty etc.
Sugar cube bowl was beautifully packaged and shipped. Arrived in pristine condition. Very sweet business owner to deal with!
