This Bakelite Catalin panel bracelet is an Art Deco piece from the 1940s, made in a cherry juice and butterscotch color combination with a hand-carved clasp.

The panels are approximately 2.2 x 1.8 x 0.5 cm. The red buckle is 4 x 2.5 cm.

Condition
Excellent vintage condition with light age-related wear. The Catalin retains a beautiful shine with no cracks or chips. The original elastic band appears to have been shortened slightly and, due to age, may be fragile and eventually require replacement. The red piece with the hole in it is slightly duller because the buckle slides over it.
As with all vintage Bakelite, avoid alcohol or harsh cleaners to preserve the finish.
