A carved wooden wall clock with pendulum in the Historicist / Black Forest style by Junghans Germany, most likely produced in the early 20th century.

The warm tone of the wood, combined with sculptural turning and leaf carvings, gives the clock a strong decorative presence while retaining a balanced architectural form.

The case is crafted from richly toned wood with a deep reddish-brown finish, likely mahogany or a similar hardwood. Two turned columns frame the dial, creating a symmetrical and architectural composition typical of decorative German wall clocks of this period. Around the dial, carved leaf motifs add subtle ornamentation and reflect traditional woodcarving influences associated with Black Forest craftsmanship. The clock is marked by Junghans, a renowned German clockmaker known for producing high-quality mechanical clocks. 

The dial features Roman numerals and decorative metal hands, protected by a glass cover. Below, a shaped glass window reveals the brass pendulum, allowing the gentle movement of the mechanism to remain visible. The pendulum itself is brass with subtle silver-toned detailing, adding contrast to the warm wooden case. A sturdy hanging hook is present on the back for wall mounting.

Condition
The clock is complete with its winding key and pendulum. It currently runs only for a short time and should be checked or serviced by a clockmaker. Because of this, the price reflects the need for servicing. The wooden case is in excellent vintage condition with minor signs of age and wear; the top of the right side has a slightly rougher texture compared to the rest of the surface. The brass parts show natural patina and the dial has a few small spots. The glass is in very good condition without cracks or deep scratches.
